THINGS TO DO IN SPLIT
Diocletian Palace
The ruins of Diocletian's Palace, built around the 3rd - 4th centuries A.D., can be found throughout the city. This unique UNESCO site is at the crossroads of Antic, Medieval, Romanesque, Gothic,
Renaissance and Baroque architecture.
Food-life
Dalmatia is well-known for its gastronomy, and especially for its seafood specialties.
We will be very happy to recommend you some delicious restaurants down town.
The Islands
There are over a thousand islands in Croatia, of which only 80 have an area of 1 km2 or more.
There are several ferry connections departing from Split every day to Brac, Hvar, Vis, Solta, Trogir, Korcula... Plenty of islands and hidden gems to discover.
Mount Marjan
Marjan is 178m tall and offers a view of the entire city, the surrounding islands, and the nearby mountains of Mosor and Kozjak. There are a few hiking paths that you can take to visit & climb Mount Marjan. If you opt for a more relaxing option, you can also take the tourist train.
Riva
Go for a stroll on the Riva promenade, enjoy the stunning view on the Adriatic sea.
Enjoy a freshly grounded coffee on a terrace. Live the Dalmatian life
Beach time
Split is surrounded by beautiful beaches (pebble beaches mostly!). After a long day visiting the Palace, grab your towel and enjoy the freshness of the Adriatic sea.
